Road Cycling - Can I replace a fork/steering tube?

Hello everyone,
I am having some fitting issues. I would like to raise my handlebars but I've run out of fork tubing. I bought a bike with an Ouzo Pro fork (Jamis Eclipse) love the bike but I'm between a 53cm and a 55cm. I bought the 53 because of the shorter top tobe but I need to raise the bars a little to get some weight of my hands. Problem is when I add a spacer the top bolt on the stem is above the carbon tubing.
Is is possible to buy another carbon fork tube or do I have to buy a whole new fork?
Thanks,
Sean
You'd have to replace the fork completely. An alternative is to buy a new stem that has a positive rise to bring your handlebars higher. Certainly cheaper than a new fork.

Jamis use riser stems on their less racy bikes:

There is no need to replace your fork, just your stem.

MichaelW,
Since I'm using a threadless stem now I can't use a quill stem like on the Aurora. Good thought though.
My wife says I need to strenghen my abs in order to take the weight of my hands. I agree but I still want to raise the bars because I want to raise my seat a little. I think I just bought the wrong size frame and am trying to fix it. Oh well.

You can get riser stems for threadless steerers, the pic was just showing you what a riser stem does.
Threadless stems are available in a whole lot of different angles and lengths. Make sure you get the right diameter clamps on each end.
Go back to the bike shop and ask to try some more stems. My LBS let me try a few out before I found the right size.
The only way to take the weight off your hands is to put more on your butt, with higher/closer bars.

I think Michael was talking about a stem like this, which you can flip for either a rise or a drop, flip it one way and you get a little drop, flip it the other way and you get a positive rise. Depending on how much rise you need, you may be able to get away with just a stem swap instead of having to replace the fork.

I already am using a 3TTT Stem and it using the positive rise. But, good news! My LBS is allowing me to swap the 53 for a 55.
Very stoked about that.
