As I seem to remember, they are members of the Japanese BD1 club (a Birdy is not called a Birdy in Japan, it goes under names like BD1 & Peugeot)
It would seem that the fold would be very limited, i.e. front forks & rear swing arm only. the frame seems to be a one piece affair.

I suspect that bike would probably cost more than $3,000 USD if sold in America. Very nice although.
