gadget. I'd ordered one in October, used it a couple of times (works fine) and then dropped it. The orange/red gizmo that clamps over the rear derailleur broke. I emailed Pedros cust.svc. addy and asked it I could purchase a replacement part. At no charge, they sent me a new chain cleaner. It doesn't get much better than that.
