Folding Bikes - Oops! Almost bought another folder!

We stopped in an Italian motorway stop and they had a small wheel folder for sale @ 130 Euros (about £90) I had my credit card out, but the guy walked away, then I thought, 'Humm, must be cheaper somewhere off the motorway'

I simply can not imagine why you want a bike with 8 inch solid wheels .14 inches would be as small as i would go.
The same reason as the miniature tandem, it is small enough to fit into a nook or cranny on my bus, & would be another mad vehicle for the bands & their crews to have a loon about on! My kids would like to play with it too. :p
Yeh, diff. strokes for diff. folks. For kids and messing around purposes the second price is a steal! Rock/Ride on!

As I've already stated it is not intended as a serious bike, I already own most people's wishlists and beyond. I have a choice of around 12 bikes to go out on today. If I do buy one it is only for the fun side of when fellow Tour members & I have a loon about. This is especially true at all the festivals in the summer. It would certainly be more than capable of carrying a Tour-Manager 20 or 30 times from the bus to the Backstage to Production to the Artist's Village etc. So sorry your comment on skateboards is dumb! Anyway a good usable skateboard would cost more!

Just ordered the Smartbike but there was nowhere to put a delivery address as I don't live at my postal address, tried to change it, then it came up £37 delivery!!!!! For a 29.95 bike, trying to cancel my order! Cheeky sods!!!! :mad:
