with a little bit of duct tape, an extra stem and bars, and a strap from a laptop bag, you can carry some extra crap to your parents' house when you go there for the holidaze! a little DIY rack there. i'm just pleased as punch...

A basket from stem and handlebars? BRILLIANT! (said like those guys on the Guiness commercials)

edit :: If you had some defunct clip on aero bars you could add some support on what would be the bottome of your rack.

Yeah, I'm strongly in favor of that apparatus.

they're great when i'm out of the saddle, but a wee bit too deep when i'm in the saddle, and i don't feel like raising the stem. sure do look good though. had to add some tape for grip in my winter gloves...

hey TheDL-- i made some bottom support with duct-tape straps. kinda visible in the first picture.
