I've seen them labelled "Nokian Speed Hakkapeliitta" in 57-406 size (20x2.125")

They don't seem available in North America but I hear the Finnish postal service (!) uses them - perhaps if someone in Finland reads this, you might have the name of a local bike shop that could help...?

There are several Hakkapeliitta tyres. For a full selection see http://www.suomityres.fi. They also list distributors there. We have very few web bike shops in Finland for some reason, but for example Nokian German distributor listed pretty much all models in their site. Hope this helps!
