If I had to prove some point about how "frugal" I am, I guess I'd be walking.

I try to keep a low profile here at bike forums, and
for the most part you won't find me posting about recumbents
(since I admittedly know nothing about them).
I do know about forum ettiquette and guidelines.
The amount of harassment I see in this thread is quite frankly
disturbing.
I do not care what goes on in alt.bicycles.whinging.recumbents or
at BROL or any other boards, but what ever it is leave it there.

I appreciate the fact that the OP let the membership here know he
was having problems with his forum.
I (and the other mods) will be watching this thread (and forum) a bit
more closely and we will not hesitate to ban those members whose
sole purpose seems to be to disrupt, consider this an official warning
to all y'all.

What do you mean, "_IF_"? Of course there are Ti ReBikes! I see them all the time here in T.O., and I ride one myself. The riders are also very friendly, and wave back at me.

I was wondering how long it work take for the mods to step in the tell the harassers to cool it. Just goes to show how cranky some people get when BROL goes down. ;)

Is there any source of links for such as highracer parodys, pink recumbent riding impressions and good internet faerie-fights generally? I'm ambivalent about such literature...not sure it should be encouraged through recognition, but laughing real hard when reading select passages (with laughter touted as good for one's health.) Hoping it doesn't hurt target subjects, but aware that some discourses on advertising suggest that any press is good press.

I think this thread has been "entertaining". I've laughed quite a bit, but I hope the postees attacked realize that the attacks are more about the posters than the postees.

I meant that if there is an issue being played out on BROL
to leave the issue on BROL. Sorry poor wording on my part.
we have had spillover from other forums here and for the most
part aren't interested in private arguements being aired here.
And besides if it's a carryover we have no clue as to what
the real issue might be. . . . ;)
