My curiosity has prompted me to do in informal survey to find out if any of you have the same complaints about training DVDs that I do. Also, what some of you might include in your 'ideal' training DVD.
Mine happens to be that I pay the same price for a 45 minute to one hour workout that I do for a two hour session.
