Good Friends and Sages of Wise Advise,
I just came down from logging mile 900 on the old Schwinn Traveler this year. The last 300+/- miles have been in the attic on the trainer. The Shimano 5 speed Freewheel has been squeaking the last 3 rides. I lube the chain every 40-60 miles with Ice Wax. The hubs were repacked by my LBS in August (about 650 miles back). Any suggestions?

You need to isolate exactly what's squeaking. I'm inclined to think that it's more likely to be the jockey pulleys on your derailleur than your freewheel. If that's the case, a tiny drop of something like tri-flow will do the trick.

+1 with Retro's advice - jockey pulleys AND freewheels need an occasional squirt of lube.

Thanks! I'll lube the jockey pulleys again. But where do you lube the freewheel? Should I take the wheel off to do this? Thanks again.

If the squeaking doesn't stop after that: don't panic!
I had a squeaking which I couldn't locate exactly and it accompanied me for 600 miles. After that it vanished and never came back (I did not even lube)
