Does anybody know where I can order that special washer or tab that goes between the Mavic SSC Rear derailleur and the hanger?

It is a tab/washer with two tabs and without this washer the rear derailleur is useless. This washer is effectively the derailleur stopper.

I couldn't find one anywhere. So, this is what I did. I cut a V from a crankbolt washer, and then bent the cut ends in opposite directions, just a little. Then I put the washer between the derailleur and the dropout, set the correct angle, and tightened the derailleur bolt. The bent ends of the washer keep the derailleur from pivoting on the derailleur bolt. This little washer has worked for several hundred miles. I guess your mileage might vary.
