I needed a kickstand for my Bacchetta Giro this summer. Someone from this forum directed me to Calhoun Cycle. I sent them an e-mail and they shipped me the kickstand.
I received the stand and an unexpected bonus - a $12 Planet Bike LED blinky light. It wasn't a mistake because the invoice showed the item as "no charge". Nice! Very nice considering they are the only guys out there with a Giro kickstand so they pretty much had me at a disadvantage anyway.
I try to attach the thing and one of the three threaded holes doesn't line up. Sent Calhoun an email and they responded right away. They sent a UPS postage paid package to me, I put in the stand, and ship it back. They give me a call and say Bacchetta had a different setup early in production and that's why it didn't fit. They machined out the smaller hole and the stand fit perfectly.
These people lost money on my purchase and still gave me the kind of service I would pay extra for. For good products and great service you can not go wrong with these guys (and girls). Happy New Year!
