I'm trying to decide between a Basschetta Tia Aero or a Challenge Seiran SL, any advice will be appreciated.

OK, get one of each! See how easy that was? :)

How much do you weigh? The Sieran is lighter but has a 205 pound limit. The best way to decide is to test ride both.

I weigh 200, give or take (depending on the season.) my experience with Ti is that it's flexy. Getting an Aero going 20 was scary; it twisted indescribably. I though it was going to throw me in the ditch. I think it's an attribute of Ti, because when I tried a Z-Bone, it did the same thing. So if I get a Bacchetta, it won't be Ti. You're awfully close to the weight limit on the Sieran SL. Do they still make a regular Sieran? My only experience with a Sieran was riding it up and down the hallway at last year's mhpva meeting in Ann Arbor, so I can't tell you much about it.

Go with the Sieran, dude. They are much more beautiful that the Bachettas. However, I would love to have either bike myself!

Everybody that tells me how "flexie" my Ti bike is..... Everybody that doesn't own Ti that is.... People that own Ti never seem to complain about Ti being "flexie". Kinda makes you go,,,,Hmmmmmmmmmm......

I put 4500 mile on a Ti bent. I wouldn't have called it flexy but it was far from stiff.

(edited to add that I don't consider flex in a frame to be all that bad or stiffness to be the most desirable trait either.)

How does it climb and approximately how much does it weigh?
