This is just out of curiosity. With two Bike Fridays and a Dahon, I'm not looking for another folder right now.

But has anyone here tried the Gaerlan GT20 (http://gaerlan.com/bikes/gotravel/gotravel.htm) ? It's an interesting looking, custom made, Bike Friday-ish folder. Looks like it's designed more for packing than for quick folding to carry on buses or trains. I saw one positive mention of it on this (http://nordicgroup.us/fold/) somewhat outdated site, but other than that, haven't heard from anyone who's used one. I wouldn't think Gaerlan sells a lot of them, but don't really know.

I have never heard of anyone owning on of those. The lack of folding ability coupled with the price just make it unattractive to most people especially when compared to BF's or Dahons. But i think it would make a pretty good touring folder if you don't mind that the disassembly would take quite a long time. Personally i'd always go for a BF or such before the Gaerlan.
