The San Francisco Bicycle Coalition (I am a member) has put together a cool video (http://www.sfbike.org/?wet_weather) about night riding and riding in wet weather. You'll need a Quicktime player.

Pretty cool. One thing it forgets to mention is to claim you space on the street and stay clear of puddles. You never know what nasty hazards are under all that water.

Dude can you get a still of the plate number of the white car ? if so take it and the Vid to you local cop shop.
