Welcome to the forums! A few suggestions for you:

One, use the search function, or at least go through the old threads, as your question gets asked often. You may want to list the specs for the bikes too, makes it easier for us to compare them.

Two, please type words out completely. When you signed up, you agreed to do your best when it comes to spelling and grammar. It's appreciated by the other members.

Cheers.

My bad, sorry about the grammar and spelling. And yes, thank you for the welcoming. I am familiar with the search function and with the similarities between my post and the many others, but no one seemed to have exactly the same situation as me. Anyways the specs are as follows....

DK Ckeveland
100% chromoly frame and fork, DK 7.3 bars, DK stem with gyro tabs, 48H DK wheels with Sun Black Box rims, 14mm axles, 13T Odyssey freewheel, 36T chainwheel, 175mm sealed tubular chromoly 3-pc cranks, alloy platform pedals, rear U-brake, SST Oryg, padded jump seat, micro-adjust seat post, street tires, 2 Dk Bundy pegs. 20.5" Toptube. (32 lbs)

Eastern Battery
4130 chromoly downtube, Eastern logo fork, 2-pc steel bars, Eastern front load stem, 3-pc tubular chromoly cranks, alloy platform pedals, 33T chainwheel, 48H wheels with 14mm axles, rear 12T cassette hub, front and rear U-brakes, detangler, Kenda tires, Eastern seat, 4 steel pegs. 20.25" Toptube (29 lbs)

Fit Pro

4130 chromoly top and downtube, 4130 chromoly fork, Fit 2-pc bars, front load stem, gyro, 36H wheels with Jalco rims & 14mm axles, 175mm 3-pc chromoly cranks, 36T chainwheel, Odyssey 13T freewheel, alloy platform pedals, Tektro U-brake, padded seat, M/A seatpost, rear street tire, front dirt tire, 2 steel pegs. 20" Toptube (32 lbs)

I'd go for the full cro-mo frame. The Eastern seems to be skimping on the steel a lot, and their claimed weight of 29lbs sounds dubious for a bike with 4 pegs.

You must have some money to spend if your considering the DK or the fit. For a good and fair priced first bike buy a DK Six Pack. $300.

I can spend around $300, and I have tried the six pack because a few of my friends have them, and I did not like them that much. I know the DK is 100% cro-mo, but the toptube may be too large as I am only 5'5'' 120, and I may not need a 20.5'' toptube.

I could also get the pro parts package from danscomp (I have a General Lee Frame). I know it has many Poverty parts, and the packages are frowned upon, but I do not know what to do. So either the General Lee with the parts package, or the Fit Pro, or DK Cleveland, or DK Six Pack. Any more opinions/suggestions?

You could get the parts package if you really want to but I would go with the Fit I think, but the DK is a good bike.

It also seems that Diamondback's Orion is a pretty good bike in my price range... I just cant seem to find anyone online that sells it...

They only put a down payment and pay for insurance on it, and sometimes the monthly payment if I can't handle it.

Was anyone able to find an online site where you could buy the Orion? I belive it goes between $300-$350 which is in my budget, but I can not find it anywhere online, and the closest bike shop to me is very overpiced.

I wouldn't say that much. It was my first post, and I had not read the rules (my bad) because I had an urgent question. But, I am sure you have been and always will be absolutely perfect and do everything you don't even know you're supposed to...

I drive an '89 Civic DX. Automatic. Good for traffic, good for travel, can seat four relatively comfortably with bikes on the rack and a cooler in the back, and still gets better gas mileage than the Wrangler.

Dont listen to BikeLRY he was just trying to be stupid. but yea my little was going to get the diamondback orion, but he didnt get it because its really heavy. It has a nice setup though. Go to their site and go to the dealers locator. Then find all the ones that are liek 10 miles with in your city. Then go to each store and find the lowest price you can get out of those shops. Also i wouldnt get a bike online because of all the shipping and you have to put some stuff togehter.

Yeah, I did the dealer locater and stuff, but there is nothing good around me except one store, and they are pretty overpriced. I think I am going down there tomorrow, maybe they'll have it and I'll check it out along with sum DK's and the Fit Pro..

Not that most rich kids don't seem to have mental disabilities anyway, having to fake having ADD and get prescriptions to ritalin just to pass highschool and all.
