What is BikeWinter?
BikeWinter (http://winter.bikeboom.com/) is a completely volunteer festival which will run for 10 days in early January 2006. The idea is that anyone that is interested will take the initiative to organize something that their fellow cyclists will enjoy and will share it with other LA BikeWinter participants.
