Does anyone know what Campy Victory componets would be the equivalent of in today's Campy line up?

Maybe not 'the answer',but maybe useful.Old panasonic bike catalogue has 4 top of line bikes called the team series.team europe was campy super record, team america was DA, team japan was Suntour superbee pro Team europe II was campy victory. Next step down in the lineup was the DX5000 with Shimano 600EX(ultegra). Implication being that the victory at the time was fairly high in the lineup as all the team frames were the Columbus sl/sp tubing mix and the dx-5000/4000 were the tange chanpion 1 and 2 respectively...........You asked some time ago about possibly a an old univega? for a beater.Only downside to the older oriental origin bikes was the JIS standard 1" HS.which used a larger crown race and smaller HT cups than the currently used iso 1" standard. The JIS HS/ HS may still be abailable, but is a limiting factor if thinking about fork replacement with current marlet stuff.

Thanks. Didnt buy the Univega though. I ended up buying an 80's Torelli road bike. The bike came with Campy Victory Crankset, front and rear deraileur, cassette and downtube shifters. Also has 80s Dura Ace brakes, levers and hubs with Mavic MA 40s.
Im not very familiar with Torelli but I do know that they have been importing italian lugged frames and then painting them here in the states. The frame of my new bike is Oria tubing but Im not sure which type it is because the sticker is marred up in places. I paid 150.00 for the whole thing and it fits. :D
