Whats the quickest and cheapest why of respraying a carbon frame?

Isn't that a contradictory question? Is the frame stolen?

A previous forum reply comes to mind...

1) Rattle the can
2) Spray the paint

I'm not 100% sure, but I think spaying a frame is rather permanent, and yours will likely never reproduce.
