In general Americans do so little, it is amazing that they need more than a few grams of food a day. I mean how many calories does talking on the phone, driving and watching tv really consume?

Aview from the future

Apparently, in the future, they start smashing words together in order to save precious space.

it's the crap we eat that makes us continue to be hungry. doritos and pepsi is a quick sugar rush, and brings you back down feeling more hungry.

a banana/granola or yogurt, with some water, keeps your blood sugar levels much more stable, and you're energy level stable too.

everyone's done this unintentional un-scientific experiment many times over. big lunch of pasta, desserts, you're feeling sluggish all afternoon. a light lunch of half sandwhich, or chicken breast with salad doesn't bog your system down and keeps you alert and active. (or a quick walk after lunch does wonders)

it's not just how much we eat, but WHAT we eat. -- and when i'm out to lunch with co-workers at TGIBENNIGANSAPPLEBEESRUBYTUESDAYREDROBINMACARONIGRILL i have not problem being picky and telling them to just make be dry grilled chicken, and put all the goo and sauce on the side so I can choose how much to use. some restaurants have a way of making the best food for you horrible bad. chicken breast and salad doesn't see a cup of cheese sauce on it. but anyway...
