1:bars between the bottom of the seat tube and your rear drop outs.
2:bars between the top of your seat tube and your rear dropouts.
3:running brakes with 2 cables all the way back.
to locate the chainstay.......
1. follow the downtube of your bicycle
2.follow it until you reach the bottom bracket
3. the chainstay is the part on the back triangle (back end) that is connected to the bottom bracket
to find the seatstay...
1. follow the tobtube until you reach the seat tube
2. the seatstay is the part of the back triangel (back end) that is connected to the seat tube... (right about the chainstay)
to find london mod you can do a search....i know there are a couple threads about them
