Does anyone have any experience with this frame? I want to build a cross bike for commuting.

Interested here, too.
I came across Ibex in my search for a 'cross, but in spite of the low cost and [apparently] perfectly presentable components and low curbside weight, I couldn't manage the "Hail Mary" of a sight-unseen-mail-only-bike risk. Went with one I could take out on extensive test runs.
