Hi,
Im new to the tri business and was planning one in march.
So for training, I was just wondering what a 'reasonable' time for each leg of a sprint distance tri would be.
i.e. pretty avg amateur time, jus to compare.
also, all beginner training plans talk about adding time or distance over your training period before the race. Surely theres got to be a smarter way of training than that? Periodization, intervals or something?
Are there any tri clubs in Melb Aus that are open to hacks? Are there even tri clubs at all?
Should I get coaching and is it expensive? I spose thats a broad question but do your best if you could!
thanks in advance
