Need help on a trick

Sorry if this is stupied but i just started riding and its really difficult to land a 180, i can barley do a 90, can anyone help me, thanks

How high can you bunny hop? Work on that for hours at a time. Lift handle bars to your chest then pull up with your back feet by tilting your feet forward to gain lift in the rear. Once you get that down start turning you head, follow with your shoulders and the rest of you will come around. You MUST turn your head to get a 180.
