Sounds like The Saint when Val Kilmer's character was pretending to be that Russian guy.

That was The 13th Warrior...I only saw it once, but that line stuck in my head as one of the dumbest.
I don't know why, but that made me laugh. Thank you :)

I have actually never seen the movie. My husband quotes that line ENDLESSLY.....and I always tell him that it's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. No need for google there.

Nope.
The line is uttered by a 10-year-old, who won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress.

Haha! But no. This movie is a comedy/drama, and it's set in Kansas during the Great Depression. And if you haven't seen it, you need to see it!

I don't know what they've told you down at the USO, but you're going to be meeting a lot of strange men. Men in uniform. Boys a long way from home, lonely, desperate. They really have one thing on their minds. Show 'em a good time.
From the same movie

Last one:
"I want, what they want, and every other guy who came over here and spilled his guts and gave everything he had, wants! For our country to love us as much as we love it! That's what I want!"
I guess I'm pretty much out of it when it comes to movies because I haven't known one line mentioned or seen the movies they came from. Here's one that might be equally as obscure:
"His Karma was constipated
so I gave him an enema."
"They're all gonna laugh at you!"

Fast Times at Ridgemont High! That guy ('Mike Damone') had a bunch of great lines, so did Judge Reinhold's character ('Brad'). But the best was Spiccoli: "All I need is a cool buzz and some tasty waves and I'm fine...."
