Here is a quote from a movie. Can you name it?
"I stand on the hill, not for a thrill, but for the breath of a fresh kill. Never mind the man who contemplates doin' away with license plates. He stands alone, anyhow, bakin' the cookies of discontent by the heat of the laundromat vent. Leavin' his soul!" Then like in poetry I go dot-dot-dot, you know, kinda off center, then I drop down and then I go: "Leavin' his soul! And partin' the waters of the medulla oblongata of - -brrrrrr! - -mankind!"
The movie wasn't a comedy. But I laugh everytime I hear this part.
:roflmao:

I thought it was Fight Club, because of the medulla oblongata reference
google says it's Sling Blade

One of my favorite lines from the same movie:
"...one fellar says that the water a cold, other fellar said the waters deep...
I believe one fellar come from Arkansas...
Git it?"
Anyone else figure it out yet?
(edit-whoops! Ziggurat has got it.)

Yeah, it's the part where the "genious", Morris, is reciting his new song. By the way that is Col. Bruce Hampton playing that part.
How about this...
"Just you reconsider playing that message for him! No, I don't think he likes you at all. No, I don't like you either.

Some of the best movie quotes of all-time are from that movie.
"You don't happen to have six fingers on your right hand do you? My father was killed by a man with six fingers on his right hand."
"Do you being all conversations this way?"
"Oh no, are those rocks ahead?"
"If they are, we'll all be dead."
"No more rhyming and I MEAN IT!"
"Anybody want another peanut?"
Looking back at ship following them....
"I wonder if he is using the same wind we are using?"
