As resident expert on mountain bike DVDs ( ;) ), would you agree with the review that Foxy and Alex pasted in that it's a must have, even for intermediate or advanced riders?

So for all you know the video is ****.
Do yourself a favor and stick to stuff you know about. There is no shame in being a newbie and learning, but being a poseur and spewing garbage about things you know nothing about will get you on the ****list toot sweet

I reckon there is a point where this DVD is useless. It is called the Fundamentals because it is the FUNDAMENTALS. Some parts were kinda helpfull, mainly the bike setup/maintenance section. However the actual how to was pretty pointless to me. IO reckon you learn all their tips and more in less than a year of racing DH with people.

It's pretty good if you're a beginner.
