No. But I think it's because the weather is warmer, so it's harder to do when there are more people out there on the trail running and riding- which means there are more eyes able to catch your dumb ass if you are that stupid to continue sabotaging the trail.

No tacks, and the Park Svc was out cleaning up that broken glass from what must have been a horrendous car accident last week. If you ride past the bridge to Roosavelt Island, you know what I'm talking about. Stone wall knocked in half, deep ruts in the mud, and broken windshield glass everywhere.

Roads are ALWAYS more enjoyable than trails- especially in the summer when all the fair weather riders, mommies with kids, rollerbladers and running groups are out in full force. Uuuugh.
