So last weekend I decided to have a little gloat about my commute by posting a couple of pics in the big thread (yuo all know the one I'm talking about). This week I have had to contend with knee problems, bushfire smoke and a dust storm! Needless to say I have not had a good week. Next time I'll keep my mouth firmly shut!

You'll live !! A little dust-up in paradise. Gee, that's tough !!

I'll trade you the diesel smoke of heavy trucks and tank traps that double as potholes any day.

You're whinning about being connected. Knee problems, you are aware of your body. The fires and wind, aware of your environment. It's a spiritual thing. When it's all totaled you will remember all the good days in the saddle, while reaping the benefits of being in the saddle.
