Mountain Biking - 13 yr olds?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Its a common enough question, worded...well off anyways. But for some odd reason people tend to care about that sort of thing.

Yeeeaahh.....And who is this Philly guy anyways.....And why is he a bike shop employee at age 13?

To tell you the truth not all of these whippersnappers are wet behind the ears. A good portion of the ones that have been here for a while know their stuff. Especially if they have an ability to listen and learn from those who have more experience
Hey, don't let the age thing bug ya, Philly. Shucks, I'm a 50+-year-old downhiller and I quite often feel out of place. Wasn't I just popping wheelies on my Stingray a year or two ago? What happened to the time?

Sounds good to me. I actually have some shorts that I wear around the house, they are extremely comfortable and I refuse to get rid of them. The other day my mom stopped by and saw me wearing them. She made a comment about how well I take care of my clothes. She remembered buying me those when I was in high school. I graduated in 1993. :o
I actually have clothes older than some of the people that post here!
now I feel like I'm old too :p

On the contrary the legal working age is 14 and 9 months. But I doubt that counts for 'cash under the table' jobs ;)
