I need a noodle for the front V-brake on my Rans Rocket. Now, this is no ordinary noodle, this is a recumbent noodle. It is less 'L' shaped and more 'U' shaped. I emailed Rans, but they failed to respond to my inquiry of a supplier. So, I am left wondering, "Is there a recumbent noodle supplier?"

Check with your local shops. It sounds like the 135-degree noodle, which is not too unusual. A typical shop is likely to have a few laying around. :)

CP Ti is very flexy, because it doesn't have the alloy components that are used to stiffen the Ti. Flexy Ti frames are called "noodles."

CP (Commercially Pure), this also applies to the Alpha Alloy 3/2.5, but I thought we were talking about Spinnergy Noodle Wheels.
