I know it's a new model, and it's still early in the year, but has anybody tried out the Rans Force 5 Enduro?

From the Website, it looks good, but I guess it counts where the "fat tire" rubber meets the road.

Ordered an XL Black Rans Force 5 Enduro from Ajo Bikes in Tucson. Bike comes with 1.95 x 26 tire. Am considering on requesting the bike ship from Rans with the smaller road tire. Will not take possession of the bike until we return from cage trip at the end of June. (30 days delivery appears common). Will post pics on my dot.mac account then and a ride report from a NEW recumbent owner. I will be the only bent in our 200/mile per week riding group; so we'll see how the wow factor shapes out. I am really looking forward to riding this machine and believe the more relaxed riding posture will have me on the road more.

Have about 600 miles on F5. Will out run DF bike on flats and downgrades. Need to up spin/gear down on uphil grades. The riding position is a BIG plus. No longer wrist and back pain on 5 hour rides. No experience on other Bents except the test rides at AjoBikes in Tucson, but the Hi racer position has not been a problem except when coming to signal light where one needs to get geared down before needing to stop.
