I'm an old veteran push biker from the South Island in NZ who started mountain biking last century...:-). I needed a new bike as the last one I bought was back in 1991 and was clean worn out and uneconomical to repair or so the bike shop told me. I found this site great for getting info on both existing and new brands of bikes. I am amazed at what you can get value for money these days compared to back in 91. I mainly use my bike for round town and local trails and a bit of cross country.
