Triathlon - Anyone know of a good forums for Swimming and Running?

Can anyone recommend a good forum for Swimming, and also one for Running? I am not a triathlete but have recently started to swim, bike, and run for cross-training, to avoid the risk of aggravating a few niggling problems caused by running alone.

I joined the Total Immersion website forum since I practise that for swimming but are there any others you could recommend.

coolrunning.com forums. They also have a multisport forum. Mostly beginners but several ironman and even a pro stops by now and then.
