Alternate No rest, No rush Dumbell exercises for 50-60 min alternating with 20 mile/80cad/15mph rides on a 20 year old road bike.

Hmmm, sounds like the low carb thing didn't quite get the job done. Are you giving a balanced, minimally-processed, 30/40/30 diet a try now? :)

Yep. Still here. 175 lbs and that's up 2 from last summer. both pounds are muscle. Family thinks I look too thin and sickly. TS.
