I'm a total newbie to buying bike parts. I was checking out EBAY, and found this:

If it's a good deal, I'll be buying tommorow. Thanks for any feedback. Also, what kind of things should I be looking for when buying bike parts on Ebay? I know wear and tear, but I don't want to be buying crap, and wanted to know if there's a way to spot shady stuff.
