I recently had my bike mechanic install an adjustable handlebar stem, which allowed me to raise my bars. This hurt my aero-dyamics somewhat, but helped me to complete my first century with no lower back problems. The new stem cost $20, plus $5 for installation.
Fine don't tell us what type of stem it is. See if I care.

Look has one, but IIRC it's in the USD$100 range. so anyhow, congratulations on that century! but yeah, you really do have to tell us where to find an adjustable stem for so little.

I don't know which one is being referred to here, but I have seen Kalloy adjustable stems for about $20.
