Picture help pleeeease!

Okay, I've got a couple of questions about posting pics. First I have a camera that doesn't want to take a picture of under 135kb. Is there any way to get it down to the 100kb limit? Even when I try attaching a pic it comes back as an invalid file type or something else I can't remember. I go advanced. I click on manage attachments. But it just doesn't work. Any idea of what I'm doing wrong?

Try a photoediting program to reduce the size.
Also, a lot of ISP's allow for online storage. I know comcast does, 250MB i think

Flickr.com (http://www.flickr.com) gives you a few size options and provides link code for photos.
