Fixed gear category is pretty short though. Only one lap?
My morning commute is tougher than that.

Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on your love of misery) due to it being so early in the season, the weather is usually a pain... but it's a good way to begin race season.

32:17 was my fixed mountain bike gearing - now it's 34:20.
I ride 49:19 on the road. I like spinning but not that much.

ha ha, yeah, that makes more sense to me. i just recall when i had a geared bike, i used the 39 tooth chainring and the 15 or 16 tooth sprocket just to spin...it was good for me, and not bad when i got used to it. but now that i'm used to slightly taller gears, it'd feel weird.
