Does anybody know what size cone spanner you need to dis-assemble a Deore rear hub. I've looked on the shimano website but no help there.

You can buy a cone wrench that has a 4 different sizes on it.. mine is 13, 14, 15, and 16.

bicycle research makes those cone wrenches you were talking about.
it looks like a normal cone wrench then you look closer.
on each wrench one side is 13/14 and the other side is 15/16, so get two and yer set.
