Last week, I emailed Rans in search of a replacement part. Today, Bob Lanning responded to my request and said he would send me the part free of charge. This is only a $3 part, but I certainly didn't expect the offer. It's good to know that there are still companies who are willing to look after their customers.

Steel,
RANS has always tried to do right for there customers. I have sold a few of there bikes at the shop. The bigest proplem I've had was late shipping. Had a customer that wanted a Wave, some how they overlooked my order and had shipped out all of the bikes they had. My customer was very upset, she had paid for the bike ahead of time. Rans called around to find an unsold Wave at other dealers, but none could be found. So they sent a Tailwind for the price of the Wave. Needless to say my customer was very happy.
RANS repainted my Screamer, some of the paint was flaking off. I use the bike as a demo from time to time at the shop. So I wanted it to look good. Total cost to me was $24 for freight.

Now that's customer service!!! Rans is definatley a winner, great products and service. Who could ask for anything more. Definaatly a "Company" after my own heart that treats customers the way they would like to be treated themselves.
