I acquired a raleigh rush hour last fall and am now using nothing but the frame, fork, and headset. My former boss has an old road frame (120 rear spacing, long dropouts, non recessed long reach brakes) and asked to buy some parts to build it up as a singlespeed rain bike. I am unsure of a fair price. What would yall guess I could get off of craigslist SF for the following:

-stock raleigh wheelset (hubs exactly like nashbar track hubs) The rear hub is a little gritty, Wheels have been beat a little, trued up fine, round except a slight flat spot on the rear
-tubes, rimstrips and mostly used up armadillo tires
-Stock 175mm Truvativ crankset, ring, BB, all used for a couple months
-stock tektro long reach brakes
-stock crappy dicta freewheel
-stock used cog and lockring
-stock 3/32" chain (might not be long enough for his road bike)
-stock stem, bars

specs are online at:

one fitty if the rear has a flatspot.Just a hundred if he is a friend. And I would repack the bearings just for good measure.
