When you opt-out, how do they decide "who" just opted out? Is it by IP? (which for us who have dynamic IPs that doesn't matter as it refreshes from time to time so that does us no good) I ask because I see no where that it states it opted out my Yahoo account...

As usually, Jeff Rense oversensationalized the facts a little bit. Yahoo can not track every web site you visit. Only those that Yahoo convinces to embed a "beacon" in. Blocking third party cookies in your browser settings should prevent this from working.

By the way, if you ever want a good laugh (mixed with a bit of seriousness), visit his website (rense.com (http://rense.com)). You have to scroll down a ways for the best conspiracy news.
