I just found out that Park has announced an extension for its PCS-1 workstand. The extension seems to be a piece of tubing that slips into the top of the existing tube through a collar that allows height adjustment. I have not found the lack of adjustment a problem even though I am tall enough for the fixed height to be just a little low. It won't be available for a month or two.

For those of you who own them, thanks, but I am well aware that there are adjustable height stands out there. I purchased the PCS-1 for other reasons and was well aware that the height was not adjustable.

Funny, I've been thinking of taking the hacksaw to my PC-1 to shorten it, but I see that Jensenusa has the extension tube you are looking for, at $19-20. Straighten that back!
