Is there a difference between an internal & integrated headset? If so, what?

They're different. An internal has cups that fit fully inside the headtube, the integrated has no cups at all.

Integrated (http://www.albes.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=1301)

(contradicts your statement, making me further confused...)

No, not really.

One has cups that must be pressed in and one doesnt. They both do the same thing.

Integrated uses bearings that are pressed directly into the headtube. No cups in an integrated headset. Internal is the same as a regular headset except in the larger size. Internal still uses cups that press into the headtube and bearings that seat into the cup.

That doesn't have cups that fit inside the headtube; you just put the bearing into the frame.

But, yes, BMX frames use integrated headsets, not internal.

Just go to the Chris King site, and there's a complete explanation.

Internal Headsets sit inside the frame so you dont see much of the headset, it is lighter then an intergrated headset, a Chris King is an intergrated Headset, my bicycle uses a Internal headset, you press the cups in and then the bearings sit inside those cups, so it makes a cleaner look. generally Intergrated are more popular.
