Messageboards and community sites can be at their worst, heated, crowded and despite it all, individualistic in the bad way.
However, withing 15 minutes of being here, I'm practically addicted. Excellent vibe, excellent help, and good people.
I've been seriously riding bikes for the last five years, here in Chicago and have in the last two months doing Critical Mass (never seemed to have the time or opportunity to do so before) or so and have recently acquired a road bike after all this time riding MTB. I've been looking into perhaps a single speed conversion and also going clipless amongst other things.
