Hey All,
Got any recommendations for a good on-line shop for rims, specifically Velocity, Mavic or Alex. I'm looking for a relatively cheap all black 32 hole rim. Thanks.

you want velocity aero's. it's what the iro all black wheelset uses, if i remember correctly, or at least used to use. yes, aeros. you'd like them. but i dunno any online shops. but yellow jersey in madison has them, if you aren't one of the guys that hates them.

Thanks Jason.

did you end up going with yellow jersey? or someplace else? how much were they? inquiring minds would like to know...thanks!

Yellow Jersey had black Velocity Aeros for $50.
But since $50 is what I get Deep Vs for from my LBS (corey the bike fixer) thanks to the "regular customer discount" I called them up and got a quote for $46 for a black Aero.
They have Aeroheads for the same, but I'm not sure of the availability of non-machined black, so I think I'm going to go with black Aeros.
So, there ya have it.
All black wheelset here I come.

An update for anyone who cares.
I went to Ben's Bikes today to pick up a cog and lockring for my new bike and beyond the counter sat a pair of black 32H aeros.
$40 a rim.
I love Ben's.

on topic, kind of: ben's bikes always seems like a good shop...stock things iro doesn't at good prices, and...well...there's a whole thread about that other option.

on the topic of rims, is there a chart anywhere that gives a suggestion of tire sizes for a given rim width? i'm rather lazy and not all tire sites have the info readily available.
