Problem with Steering on my new (just home from LBS) SUN Speedster CX

It seems as if the front tire won't stay alligned with the handle bars. Anyone else run into this problem?
I have tried to tighten the "quick adjust" but that doesn't seem to be work. LBS I purchased from is near home office work (about 80 Miles away), so not real easy to stop by durring the day

Any ideas?
