Hi dubteka - you might be in luck. I've got two complete Shamal wheelsets, minus skewers, and I'll be in the Bay tomorrow or Wed. (2/1/06). The rears aren't fixies, they're 7-speed cassettes (I think, maybe 8...) given to me by a friend that moved to New York and didn't have room for everything. On the down side, they're not clinchers. On the up side, I've got about 6 extra tires for them, they're rock-solid and dead straight. Not stolen, either - you can call the guy that gave 'em to me if you're worried.

thanks for lookin' out! i'd prefer that the wheels were track specific... and clincher, of course... but might be willing to take a look at them/take them off your hands... if the price is right. PM me our send me an email. I work in berkeley, live in SF.
