Riding back from the panhandle to downtown last night, we took a route called "the wiggle", to avoid big hills, i wasn't able to pay enough attention to see what roads we were on. Could someone be kind enough to enlighten me? Thanks in advance.

Going from Market, go behind the safeway, across the church st death zone (aka where the muni metro tracks are), right on steiner, down haight a few blocks till it starts becomming steep, then right again, left on page till it gets steep, right again, left on to fell. Follow the bike lane till you're at the panhandle. Going down hill just alternate right left right left when you think **** looks to steep. You can't really mess up.

although coming back from the park to downtown, I prefer to just take oak, since the big hills are mostly going down and are wicked fun...just take the entire lane so moving cars don't try to squeeze you into the parked cars; and try to keep the speed around 25mph so that you make all the lights (they're timed).

Here (http://tinyurl.com/9wjo7) not sure if the rout is exatcly right, its easier just riding it.

I prefer to not make the left on haight and go straight through and then left. during rush hour times, the traffic on haight is brutal - busses, double-parked cars, idiots.

Meh, that's where we get our " cheap Thrills" ( some might say) from.
