It's just so much easier to measure uncooked.;)
I had a glass of sweet tea, followed by PB & crackers with a glass of milk.
I had oatmeal with light/brn sugar!! YUMMY!!
Not the prepackage stuff.

I used to measure rice after it's cooked. Then I realized that about 1/2 the weight was water and it threw off all my calorie calculations. So... uncooked rice it is! :)
A small pound cake and a 32 oz oj!

Coffee and an attitude.
Had just a large bowl of cereal (Honey Bunches of Oats with Strawberry) and then off to a 22 mile commute. When I got to work had 2 bagels and coffee (all free).

My girlfriend woke up 30 minutes before me, and made me breakfast before i went to work :D :D . Toast, back bacon, and scrambled eggs, and tea. Tea tastes the best after a fried breakfast.

I had a real cold hike in the puckerbrush. [And no Danno, that's not a euphemism for any other calorie-consuming breakfast.] . . .then a big cuppa' Java.

today i rushed, so i completely missed breakfast. however, a normal day contains:
bowl of cereal
banana
toast with jelly
glass of OJ
coffee
i'd say that makes up about 80-90% of my breakfasts.

I had two slices of whole wheat stone ground bread.... and an apple after my first two classes. Been rushed lately! Usually I have old fashioned quaker oatmeal with dark brown sugar. Mmmmmm. That bagel+cream cheese sounds might good though.... I might just give that try. Whats the calorie amount on that usually? Probably not as energy reserving as oatmeal though. :)

I haven't had anything yet, but I'm thinkin' eggs sound pretty good...oooooo, I know, scrambled eggs, cheese and some salsa(just medium heat) on tortillas=homemade breakfast burritos! Yay, me!
I don't see how anyone eats cheerios. Ugh! I love oats(one of the healthiest foods ever), but cheerios are the oat equivalent of rice cakes in my opinion. Hey, if you can choke 'em down, more power to ya!:D

Same thing i have for breakfast every day. Toasted bagel w/cream cheese and a cup of water and a cup of coffee. I buy Thomas bagels. They keep longer. Sams club sells a bag of 50 ct 1oz philly cream cheeses for like 6 bucks. I use one per bagel.
For a mid morning snack, i have found the joys of granola equally mixed with yogurt.
